1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the TrackBridge platform, provided by Instingo GmbH. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

TrackBridge provides API infrastructure for collecting, normalizing, and forwarding fitness data from various wearable sources. The exact scope of service is defined in each individual agreement.

3. Early access

During the early-access phase, TrackBridge is made available to selected partners without any guarantee of availability or feature completeness. Product changes may occur at any time.

4. User obligations

You agree to:

• not use the platform in an abusive or unlawful manner
• not send automated bulk requests that impair platform operation
• comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR) when collecting end-user data

5. Limitation of liability

Instingo GmbH's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

Instingo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email.

7. Governing law

German law applies. Jurisdiction is Munich.
